RETURN POLICY
🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Maverick LED
At Maverick LED we supply professional stage lighting, solar lighting and special-effects equipment. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so orders placed through this website are covered by a 7-day return window.
✅ 7-Day Returns on Online Orders
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items purchased on maverickled.in, provided the product is:
- Unused and in re-saleable condition
- In its original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by the original invoice
Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please:
- Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and videos of the issue
- Keep the original packaging and invoice
After verification we will offer a replacement, repair or full refund, based on the case. Damage caused by mishandling, incorrect installation or misuse is not covered.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Pyrotechnics, cold-pyro refills, CO2 and fog/haze liquids and other consumables (safety reasons)
- Custom-built, made-to-order or special-order items
- Products that have been installed, wired or modified
- Bulk, dealer and trade-counter purchases, which remain final sale
📦 Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but it may still be returned under the 7-day policy above.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
