Delivery Charges

Maverick LED delivers across India. A flat delivery charge of ₹40 per order is applied at checkout, regardless of order size or destination. The delivery charge is shown clearly in your order summary before you pay — there are no hidden or additional charges.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details on the phone number or email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Mumbai and Maharashtra: typically 2–4 working days
  • Rest of India: typically 4–8 working days
  • Remote and hard-to-reach locations: may take longer; we will inform you if this applies to your order

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by courier delays, weather, local restrictions and festival-season volumes.

Payment Options

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, net banking and UPI through our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is also available.

Serviceable Areas

We deliver to all locations in India served by our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you promptly and arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, or the shipment is incomplete, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return Policy for full details.

Bulk, Dealer and Trade Orders

Large-quantity, dealer and trade-counter orders are handled separately and may be delivered by freight or transport rather than courier. Delivery terms for these orders are agreed at the time of quotation. Please contact us for details.
